Resiliency isn’t a slogan anymore. It’s a design principle. From shipping detours to regulatory shifts, from geopolitical challenges to technology changes, organizations are navigating real volatility.

The most durable outcomes came from clarity, governed data, and workflows that make the right action the easy action.

Three lessons I’m taking forward from 2025:

  • Resilience is not a luxury. True resilience is about agility by default and not as an exception. It’s about pivot sourcing and logistics overnight without tanking your margins.
  • The data gap is real. Master data remains the hidden hero. Clean, connected, and owned across functions, it creates visibility. You can’t automate what you can’t see.
  • AI is a multiplier, not a magic wand. Value shows up when objectives come first, processes are digitized, and appropriate governance is put in place. Otherwise, sadly AI just amplifies the noise.

As I gear up for Zyomii’s first full calendar year, here is what I expect in 2026:

  1. Built-in resiliency: Build scenarios, codify playbooks, swap supplier/routes and more. AI will start solving autonomously.
  2. Regionalization: Shift where it makes sense with total cost, risk, and compliance in mind.
  3. Value focus: Focus on value and not just cost. Automation to help margins and speed.

I’ll keep focusing on my work connecting strategy, data, and execution. Because resiliency is ultimately a capability one builds, not a tool one can buy.

If we can build and grow in 2025, I can’t wait to see what we’ll achieve in 2026. Let’s keep building.
